About Atlas HQ
Atlas HQ is the marketing and social media management platform built and operated by Ultimate Insulation. It is the software our own team uses every day to turn work we complete in the field into the content we publish online.
Who operates it
Ultimate Insulation — The Home Doctors is an insulation and building-performance contractor. Our crews handle attic and wall insulation, air sealing, crawl-space work, and the diagnostics that go with them — the kind of work that is genuinely hard to explain to a homeowner without showing it.

Why we built it
A contracting crew produces a great deal of footage and almost no time to do anything with it. Off-the-shelf social tools assumed a marketing department we do not have, and none of them understood that a video belongs to a specific job, that some footage is customer-visible and some is not, and that the person best placed to approve a post is the one who was on site.
Atlas HQ was built around those facts. Content is tied to the job it came from, visibility is decided before anything can be published, and publishing itself is limited to authorized office staff.
What is in the platform
Content library
Job photos and video filmed in the field are collected in one library, tagged to the job they came from, and marked either customer-visible or internal before anyone can use them in marketing.
Scheduling calendar
Approved content is queued on a shared calendar so posts go out on a deliberate cadence across every connected account, instead of whenever someone remembers.
Social publishing
Publishing to the company's own connected business accounts — TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube — from one screen, with each platform's own rules enforced at the point of posting.
AI assistance
An AI copilot drafts and refines captions and campaign copy. A person always reviews and edits what it produces before anything is scheduled or published.
Connected platforms
