Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Atlas HQ, the AI-powered marketing and social media management platform, and the related software, tools, and services provided by Ultimate Insulation (The Home Doctors) (“we,” “us,” “our”), including our internal operating software and our social-media publishing tools (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Who may use the Services
The Services are for our authorized staff and contractors and for our own business use. You must be authorized by us to access them.
2. Acceptable use
- Use the Services only for lawful business purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services.
- Publish only content you have the right to publish, and comply with the terms and policies of any connected platform (Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube).
3. Connected social accounts
When you connect a social account, you authorize us to publish and manage content on that business’s own accounts using the access the platform grants. You may disconnect at any time through the platform’s settings.
4. Content
You are responsible for content created and published through the Services. We may remove content or suspend access that violates these Terms or any platform’s policies.
5. Third-party platforms
The Services integrate with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for those platforms, and your use of them is governed by their own terms. Platform availability and features may change.
6. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We’ll update the effective date above.
