This Privacy Policy explains how Atlas HQ by Ultimate Insulation (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our business operations, our customer tools, and our social-media publishing tools (collectively, the “Services”).

- Customer & job information you provide to us (name, address, phone, email, project details) so we can quote, schedule, and complete work.
- Content we create — photos, videos, and captions produced for our marketing.
- Social platform data — when we connect our own Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube business accounts, we access the tokens and account details needed to publish our content and, later, view its performance.
- Usage & technical data — standard logs needed to operate and secure the Services.

- To operate our business — quotes, scheduling, jobs, invoicing.
- To create and publish our own marketing content to our connected social accounts, and to measure how that content performs.
- To secure, maintain, and improve the Services.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube)
When we connect a social account, the platform grants us access tokens that let us publish to our own accounts. We use those tokens only to publish and manage our own content and to retrieve related performance data. We store them securely and use them solely for these purposes. You can revoke our access at any time from the platform’s own settings, and we honor those revocations. Our use of information received from these platforms follows each platform’s developer terms.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, hosting and the social platforms themselves), and when required by law.
